- 3.1. "DOLPHNET" Ltd., as the controller of personal data processing, ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

Customer Rights
- 4.1. The Customer is entitled to receive information on whether DolphNet processes the Customer's personal data and, if processed, to access them.
4.2.
